We also manufacture complex injection moulding machine tools in our own works and thereby ensure optimal construction duration, cost and quality. Using CAD and the latest CNC erosion and milling technology, we are able to meet even the highest customer expectations from the construction stage through to the process-ready injection moulding tool. Through preventative maintenance and regular service of the injection moulding machines we ensure that we sustain our highest-quality construction and delivery on time.


The most modern production for “Just in time”
The range of machines reflects the most modern process technology. Through the use of semi- and fully automatic machines with pressure capacities from 25 to 330 tons, the company is ideally equipped for single, special and mass production.

TKW has special machines for:
- Twin component injection moulding
- Gas-assisted injection moulding (GID)
- Fully automatic surface injection of inserts

With the conditioning plant, developed in-house, the completed parts can be securely conditioned for further processing. The ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification and detailed process control ensure that even the highest customer requirements are fulfilled. Through consistent implementation, we have been established for many years as an A-supplier to the automobile and electronic parts industries.

Surface treatment
For high-value applications we refine plastic injection moulding parts by chroming, painting and pressing.

Assembly
Depending on the requirements and volume we assemble manually, semi-automatically or entirely automatically.
